A few years ago, the ceiling in two suites started leaking. in one case, the ceiling leaked so badly that chunks of drywall/plaster came off and were never repaired by the building. Building owners/management did not begin repairs for a month and a half. During this time, tenants were unable to use almost 100 sq. ft of the space. Tenants were not compensated, nor was repair work done in a timely manner.
